Isidoro Lucciola
Founder and CEO of Appeal Strategy & Finance, he is also founder and Chairman of L&P Investimenti, Lucciola & Partners and Loan Agency Services.
Previously he was Equity Partner of Value Partners, the largest independent Italian management and IT consulting group, and Head of VP Finance.
From 1999 to 2001 he was Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of Grapes Communications, the Dutch holding company controlling a large alternative telecommunications group.
From 1998 to 1999 he was Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development of Acea, the largest Italian water company and the second largest Italian electricity distributor.
From 1994 to 1998 he was Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Mediocredito Centrale (today MCC), a development bank entirely owned by the Italian Treasury.
From 1989 to 1994 he was Vice President of Chemical Bank (today JP Morgan Chase) and European head of project finance and ECA’s multi-sourcing finance advisory teams, working in New York, London and Milan. From 1986-1989 he was Contract Manager of Snamprogetti (today Saipem).

With more than 20 years of experience, Alessio acquired deep skills in the corporate finance and debt advisory, both on borrower and lender side, in international and local projects. Alessio has also a wide experience as CFO of listed companies. He was previously: (i) Associate Partner of PwC Advisory (2016-2017 – Corporate finance & Business Recovery Service), Managing Partner of Lucciola & Partners (2007-2016- Strategic and financial advisory), Chief Financial Officer of Eems Group (2004-2007 – Listed Company-Semiconductor and renewable energy) and Head of Finance of Lottomatica Group (2000-2004 – Listed Company-Gaming and entertainment).
